Position Overview:
Seeking a Director of Human Resources to support the company’s continued growth across functions, with a focus on operational excellence and scalability. This role serves as a strategic advisor to leadership while overseeing day-to-day HR operations through one direct report. Will partner with leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with culture, performance goals, and growth objectives. Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent acquisition oversight, employee relations, and organizational development.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and initiatives
- Oversee talent acquisition strategy, ensuring effective hiring processes
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Manage and resolve employee relations matters, providing coaching to managers and ensuring fair, consistent practices
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and developing team
- Partner with leadership to strengthen employee engagement, retention, and culture
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Lead HR initiatives related to organizational growth, integration, and change
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are preferred
- 6–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leadership
- Supporting both strategic HR initiatives and hands-on operational execution
- Prior experience managing or mentoring direct reports
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced, or operationally focused environments
