Job Summary
The
HR Manager leads and oversees the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and a strong, people-centered culture. This role is responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR operations, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. As a strategic partner to leadership, the HR Manager develops and implements initiatives that enhance workforce capability, foster a high-performance environment, and support sustainable business growth.
Core Functions
- Lead, Manage, Accountable (LMA)
- Lead the HR function by setting clear direction aligned with organizational goals and values
- Manage the HR team through coaching, performance management, and capability development
- Hold team members accountable to KPIs, timelines, and quality standards
- Drive a high-performance, people-first culture across the organization
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between leadership and employees
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop workforce planning strategies aligned with business needs
- Ensure strong employer branding and candidate experience
- Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and succession plans
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive work environment and strong employee engagement
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Promote company culture, values, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure consistent application of policies and fair treatment
- Performance Management & Development
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems
- Support leadership in setting goals, feedback, and development plans
- Identify training needs and oversee learning & development programs
- Drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
- Oversee payroll, compensation structures, and benefits programs
- Ensure competitiveness and internal equity of compensation practices

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree is an advantage
- Minimum of 58 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 23 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development
- Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to coach, influence, and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and data-driven decision-making
