POSITION PURPOSE
The objective of the LATAM Human Resources Manager is to contribute to the success of the company and
for this he must provide, maintain and develop a highly qualified and motivated human resource to achieve
the objectives of CCLA through the application of efficient human resources management programs., as well
as ensuring compliance with current rules and procedures regarding competition.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Overseeing the administration of payroll and benefits within the region ( México , Chile Colombia y Perú)
Closely partnering with the Latin America Leadership team on setting a people strategy for the
region and directing HR team on execution, in line with region’s operational strategy and priorities.
Providing direction and coaching for people managers on a variety of employee issues including
performance management, talent acquisition, compensation planning and employee relations.
Helping lead the execution of core HR processes (i.e. objective setting, mid-year conversations,
year-end calibrations, succession planning etc.

Preparation of training and capacitation plans

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
(Including certification, licenses, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Business, or a related field.
At least 6 years of HR Manager/ HR Business Partner
function/organization.
Latin America HR experience.
People Management experience strongly preferred.
Fluent English
Real Estate experience is a PLUS
Experience working in corporate environments
Proven track record working in multinational companies.
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment and with senior leaders
across the business.
Ability to direct the resolution of highly complex problems looking beyond existing methodologies
and own discipline to define and resolve.
Strong business acumen and HR experience in countries of responsibility.
Experience in corporate / employees compliance issues
