Comp: $200,000 – $275,000 base + bonus
A highly regarded, vertically integrated private equity platform focused on real assets, energy, and infrastructure is seeking a best-in-class HR Director to lead the people function across a growing investment organization.
This is a true executive-level opportunity. The firm is well-capitalized, institutional-grade, and operating at scale. The incoming leader will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership while overseeing HR across both corporate and operating teams.
The Opportunity
- Lead and elevate the entire HR function for a performance-driven PE environment
- Partner directly with Managing Directors and executive leadership
- Drive executive talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness
- Oversee compensation philosophy, performance management, and incentive alignment
- Ensure scalable HR infrastructure across a vertically integrated platform
- Serve as a high-EQ, credible advisor in a sophisticated investment environment
Ideal Background
- 7-10+ years within an HR leadership position
- 2-3+ years within an institutional private equity fund environment (required)
- Experience supporting investment professionals and operating teams
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Track record building scalable HR systems in growth-oriented organizations
- High emotional intelligence and leadership maturity
This is not an administrative HR role. The firm is seeking a polished, strategic operator capable of earning trust quickly and elevating the overall people strategy.
