As a Benefits Coordinator at Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will play an essential role in supporting the day‑to‑day administration and coordination of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, FSA, wellness programs, and 401(k). You will assist with maintaining accurate benefits data, supporting employees with inquiries, coordinating vendor interactions, and ensuring all programs are administered efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, and HR Business Partners to ensure benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and audits are completed accurately and on time. You will also support the preparation of benefits materials, orientations, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement activities.

Duties & Responsibilities
· Administer all employee benefits programs— health & welfare, disability, workers' compensation, retirement plans, life insurance, leaves of absence, and reasonable accommodations request, and maintain accurate employee records for enrollments, changes, and terminations.
· Maintain and update employee benefits records, including enrollments, changes in coverage, dependent updates, address or position changes, and work location updates.
· Coordinate open enrollment activities by scheduling vendor/broker meetings, preparing materials, and supporting employees with elections and system navigation.
· Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy between internal systems and benefit carriers, process carrier updates, and administer COBRA in compliance with regulations.
· Assist with benefits communications, including newsletters, enrollment guides, orientation materials, and company announcements.
· Conduct benefits orientations for new hires and guide employees through the self‑enrollment and benefits selection process
· Support 401(k) plan administration, including employee enrollment, troubleshooting, and communication with third‑party administrators.
· Administer leave of absence programs—including FMLA, statutory leaves, and workers’ compensation—in partnership with third‑party administrators and in compliance with federal and local laws.
· Review and validate monthly insurance premium statements and process benefit-related invoices to ensure timely, accurate payment.
· Support wellness and employee engagement initiatives, HR events, and general departmental organization, including communications, scheduling, and filing systems.
Qualifications & Skills
· 1-3 years of experience in benefits
· College-degree preferred
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer-service skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
· A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of $31.00 - $36.00 based on experience, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plan with employer contributions. Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
