Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support our expanding organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about building strong teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Post job openings on various platforms and actively source candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate next steps in the hiring process
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and hiring progress
- Assist with onboarding and new hire integration
Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
