Overview
The Human Resources Director will serve as the primary HR leader for a growing, global organization. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of owning all aspects of HR operations while partnering closely with executive leadership to ensure compliance, efficiency, and scalable people practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle HR operations including employee relations, compliance, payroll oversight, benefits, and talent acquisition
- Manage and optimize HR systems and processes, with a strong focus on ADP
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations across multiple international jurisdictions
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce issues, policies, and best practices
- Build structure, improve workflows, and stabilize HR operations in a dynamic environment
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven HR Director or Senior HR leadership experience
- International HR experience supporting employees or entities outside the U.S.
- Hands-on ADP expertise (payroll, HRIS, best practices)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and international employment compliance
- Ability to operate as a standalone HR leader with full ownership of the function
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting smaller or mid-sized organizations
- Background in environments undergoing operational or system improvements
- Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with day-to-day execution
