Human Resources Director Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- 2 years’ experience as a Human Resources Director in a long-term care setting is preferred but not required
- Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- SHRM certified preferred
- Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed
- Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team
- Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations
- Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed
- Knowledge of FMLA, Disability and Workman’s compensation policies & procedures
- Any other duties as assigned

- Schedule: Full-time, dayshift, including Manager on Duty Weekend rotation
