We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to support our FELLFAB CORPORATION Forest Park, Georgia location.
Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Director, Human Resources at Head Office, the Human Resources Manager is a key strategic and operational partner responsible for leading, executing, and continuously improving HR programs across the Forest Park facility. This role requires a high level of collaboration and alignment with Head Office HR to ensure consistent, compliant, and standardized practices across the organization.
This position operates within a small on‑site HR team consisting of the Human Resources Manager and one HR Office Coordinator. As such, the HR Manager is expected to balance strategic responsibilities with hands‑on HR administration and day‑to‑day operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & HR Leadership
- Serve as an advisor by maintaining a positive and transparent employee relations climate.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes in partnership with Head Office HR.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and model Company values in all interactions.
Training, Development & Workforce Capability
- Contribution towards the development and execution of company training plans that support continuous learning, skills development, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support development of leadership capability within the facility through coaching and targeted programs.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Support HR Office Coordination with hourly recruitment efforts to meet production requirements and reduce turnover.
- Support salaried recruitment processes in partnership with Head Office HR.

Benefits Administration
- With the support of Head Office HR, lead annual enrollment
- Administer employee benefits programs, including disability management and claims support.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain strong attention to detail in all benefits-related processes.
Payroll Support & HR Administration
- Provide backup for payroll processing and ensure compliance with all federal and state employment regulations.
- Support HR administrative processes and ensure accuracy of employee documentation and reporting.
Health, Safety & Environmental Programs
- Manage the Health & Safety program to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and workplace regulations.
- Foster a proactive safety culture and support incident investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
Compliance & Regulatory Requirements
· Ensure HR practices align with all federal and state employment regulations applicable to a U.S. federal contractor.
· Support compliance with FAA contractor requirements, including documentation, reporting, and workforce standards.
· Maintain audit-ready HR records and participate in compliance reviews as required.
Communication & Culture
- In conjunction with Head Office HR, manage internal communications to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging across the facility.
- Support corporate initiatives that reinforce employee engagement and organizational culture.
Partnership & Collaboration
- Foster open communication and alignment with Head Office HR.
- Share best practices to support consistency across all FELLFAB® locations.
- Influence decisions through data, insights, and sound HR judgment.
Qualifications & Experience
Education & Certification
- University degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or equivalent experience.
- SHRM Certification preferred.
Experience & Skills
· Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, HR programs, policies, and best practices.
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to deliver complex information to diverse audiences.
· Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
· Strong Collaboration Skills.
· Demonstrated leadership capability and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
