Our client is seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join their dynamic human resources team. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company’s future growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of roles across the organization
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Create and post job ads, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to reach qualified candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Track metrics and report on recruiting activities to inform HR strategy
- Maintain compliance with all applicable employment regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
• Strong ability to source candidates using various tools, platforms, and techniques.
• Excellent interview skills, with a focus on structured and behavioral approaches.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment processes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
