We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers. About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist, known internally as the Senior Hiring Specialist owns the full-cycle inbound hiring process, ensuring a consistent, respectful, and values-aligned candidate experience while driving operational efficiency in a high-volume hiring environment. The role will track recruiting metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to HR leadership to support process improvements. This is an individual contributor role partnering closely with managers and a Hiring Coordinator to execute and optimize the hiring process. Success in this role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a positive approach to challenges. The Senior Hiring Specialist will proactively address workflow issues, maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment, and ensure candidates progress efficiently and equitably through the process.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a thoughtful representative of Mindful's values of respect, authenticity, perseverance and collaboration.
- Review, screen, and evaluate applicants through the hiring process to ensure fit, skills alignment, and a positive candidate experience.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, setting expectations and reinforcing company culture.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and hiring steps in partnership with managers to maintain timely candidate progression.
- Partner with managers on hiring practices, interview steps, and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with the Hiring Coordinator to guide priorities and oversee daily recruiting operations, ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including application volume, time-to-fill, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve workflow and candidate experience with consideration for both operational needs and people impact.
- Provide operational insights and recommendations to HR leadership and execute approved process improvements.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with organizational policies, employment laws, and DEI standards.
- Coordinate offer and onboarding handoff activities.
- Support employee referral programs and internal job postings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience managing full-cycle, high-volume inbound recruiting for entry-level to mid-level roles, ideally in a service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end hiring workflows while partnering effectively with managers and stakeholders.
- Strong judgment, organizational skills, communication, and time-management skills.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, hiring compliance, and employment laws.
This role is based in the company headquarters in both Seattle and Mountlake Terrace.
