We are looking for an HR Coordinator to be the backbone of our people operations. As we scale, you’ll help us transition from "scrappy" to "structured" without losing our culture. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a high likelihood of conversion for a top performer.

- Own the Basics: Handle daily HR coordination, documentation, and general employee inquiries.
- Guide the Journey: Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- Scale the Culture: Partner with HR and Ops leadership to support our distributed team as we grow.
