We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in employee relations, HR administration, and benefits management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires transition smoothly into the organization.
• Administer and maintain HRIS systems to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of employee data.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring timely communication and updates.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote attention to detail in development and compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to address workforce needs and improve overall employee satisfaction.
• Handle sensitive employee issues with confidentiality and care.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and their application in managing employee information.
• Proficiency in handling employee relations and resolving workplace conflicts.
• Demonstrated expertise in benefits administration and compliance.
• Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
