Position Overview
The HR Manager/Senior Manager leads the development and implementation of human resources strategies that align with organizational objectives. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards. It offers a strategic and hands-on opportunity to influence people practices in a dynamic and growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Kashi’s goals and objectives and workforce needs.
- Lead and manage the HR function (or team), fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with long-term organizational objectives.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.
- Develop and manage talent development programs, including training, mentoring, performance management and succession planning.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Create and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee employee relations and handle complex HR issues and disputes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Use HR metrics and analytics to measure the impact of people strategies and identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous process enhancements to improve HR efficiency.
Performance & Organizational Development:
- Oversee performance management systems, ensuring constructive feedback and alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify training needs and implement programs to support career growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Manage performance evaluation and reward systems to recognize and motivate employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5-8 years of HR management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Senior Manager level requires 8+ years).
- Deep knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of strategic planning, project management, and driving organizational change.
