About the Role
We are hiring a senior HR leader to build and own the HR function end-to-end. This role reports directly to the CEO and serves as a strategic partner to leadership across operations and corporate teams during a period of growth, organizational change, and M&A activity.
This is a high-impact role for someone who has built structure in fast-moving environments and can balance hands-on execution with longer-term people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle Talent Management: workforce planning, recruiting strategy, onboarding, and exits
Lead Performance Management frameworks, leadership development, coaching, and training
Oversee Compensation & Benefits strategy and administration
Own HR policies, compliance, and employee relations across multi-site operations
Coordinate payroll with Finance and external partners
Support M&A people integrations, change management, and organizational design
Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team
Build scalable HR infrastructure as the company grows
Ideal Background
10–15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
Experience across multiple HR disciplines (Talent, Comp/Ben, Performance, Compliance, Payroll coordination)
Supported growth cycles, organizational change, and/or acquisitions
Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
Strong leadership presence with hands-on execution mindset
Bachelor’s degree required
Spanish–English bilingual strongly preferred
