We’re hiring an HR Manager for a growing hospitality organization in San Diego (100% on-site).
This is a strong opportunity for an emerging HR leader ready to step into a visible, hands-on management role. You’ll oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, compliance (including CA labor law), and training across hotel properties.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience within a large organization and working with multiple locations
- Strong knowledge of California employment laws
- Experience managing employee relations and compliance matters
