Position Summary: The Director of Human Resources will lead all aspects of HR strategy, programs, and processes to support organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute HR strategies that align with the organization’s overall mission and goals.
- Develop, implement, and enhance programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring the organization is positioned for long-term success.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes engagement, employee satisfaction, and performance excellence.
- Provide proactive leadership in employee relations, conflict resolution, and creating an environment of fairness, trust, and collaboration.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs to ensure competitiveness, equity, and alignment with business goals.
- Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practices while mitigating risks.
- Utilize HR analytics and metrics to inform decisions, measure success, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Act as a strategic advisor and coach to leadership on all people-related matters, driving change management and organizational growth initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to optimize workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least two years in a leadership role.
- Emergency Medical Service (EMS) or Healthcare experience is a plus.
- HR certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with leadership and employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics to drive HR decision-making.
