III. Responsibilities
1、Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop and implement human resources strategic plans that are aligned with the business development in the Americas region, based on a deep understanding of the company's business strategy. Ensure that HR efforts closely support the achievement of the company's overall goals.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership, participate in major company decisions, and provide professional advice and support from an HR perspective.
2、Team Management and Development
Lead and manage the HR team in the Americas region, set clear team goals and work plans to ensure the efficient operation of the team.
Establish and improve the talent training and development system, provide personalized training and career development plans for employees to enhance the overall capabilities and quality of the team.
Regularly evaluate the performance of team members, provide constructive feedback and incentives, and create a positive team atmosphere.
3、Regulatory Compliance
Conduct in - depth research and be well - versed in the human resources - related laws, regulations, and policies of various countries in the Americas region. Ensure that the company's HR management activities strictly comply with local laws and regulations.
Keep a close eye on changes in laws, regulations, and policies, provide compliance advice and countermeasures for the company, and prevent legal risks.
4、Full - spectrum HR Management
In recruitment and placement, develop scientific and reasonable recruitment strategies to attract and select outstanding talents to meet the company's human resource needs for business development. Optimize talent allocation to ensure an accurate match between personnel and positions.
In training and development, design and implement comprehensive training plans based on the company's strategy and employee needs to enhance employees' professional skills and overall quality. Promote internal knowledge sharing and create a learning - oriented organizational culture.
In performance management, establish a sound performance management system, set clear performance goals and evaluation criteria to ensure fair and just evaluation of employees' work performance. Motivate employees to continuously improve performance through performance feedback and coaching.
In compensation and benefits management, design a competitive compensation and benefits system to attract and retain outstanding talents. Ensure the fairness, rationality, and compliance of compensation and benefits policies.
In labor relations management, build good labor relations, properly handle labor disputes and employee complaints. Strengthen communication and exchanges with employees, safeguard employees' legitimate rights and interests, and improve employee satisfaction.
In human resources planning, predict human resource needs by combining the company's business development and market changes, and develop a reasonable human resources plan to provide human resource guarantees for the company's sustainable development.
IV. Requirements
1、Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors such as human resources management and business administration.
2、Work Experience: At least 8 years of human resources management experience, with at least 3 years in an HRD or equivalent senior management position. Experience in global consumer goods companies is preferred.
3、Regional Regulations Familiarity: Have in - depth knowledge of the human resources - related laws, regulations, and policies of various countries in the Americas region, and possess rich compliance management experience.
4、Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills, be able to effectively motivate and guide teams, and promote organizational change and development.
5、HR Professional Competence: Be proficient in the six modules of human resources, possess mature practical experience and in - depth professional insights. Be able to skillfully use human resources management tools and methods to solve complex HR problems.
6、Communication and Collaboration: Have excellent communication skills and cross - cultural collaboration abilities, be able to communicate and cooperate effectively with people from different backgrounds. Be able to build good relationships with various internal departments and external partners of the company.
7、Language Ability: Have fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and be able to communicate and interact efficiently in English as the working language.
