What We Need
Our Louisville plant is seeking a HR Manager to serve as our onsite HR lead. We need a versatile professional who is not only knowledgeable across the HR spectrum but is also a champion for leading change. In this role, you will own both the strategic and tactical sides of HR, overseeing everything from talent management and employee relations to performance, compliance, and day-to-day HR administration.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with local leadership management teams to execute strategies that ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop relationships with all levels of the organization to resolve employee relations, provides coaching on performance management and advises on talent development.
- Provide analytics and HRIS data to measure human resources related functions.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and corrections of HR transactions into systems.
- Partners with the corporate Human Resource team on key company initiatives to ensure collaboration, implementation and compliance.
- Serves as an employee and business advocate by applying employment law and regulations, industry trends, Brady policy and practice and business needs.
- Lead and ensure compliance throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, including vendor relationships, collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and retention.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant Human Resources experience with a generalist background, with manufacturing environment experience.
- Ability to multi-task by being able to wear many hats in a fast paced environment, while being highly detail oriented
- Ability to work at a strategic level and able to execute on day-to-day operational/administrative matters.
- Results-driven, flexible, self-motivated, and service-oriented with exceptional follow-through while upholding confidentiality, ethical standards, and alignment with company values.
- Proven knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Ability to travel domestically.
