INSPYR Solutions has teamed up with a non-profit organization located downtown Chicago who is in search of an HR Director. Please note this is a contract-to-hire opportunity and will operate on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week onsite).
Responsibilities
- Help manage HR operations including; people operations, compliance, HR policy, onboarding/offboarding and process improvement
- Help project manage by monitoring progress, mitigating risk and ensuring delivery of work
- Help lead and manage the people systems roadmap, data governance, and reporting infrastructure within the HCM
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on organizational scale, workforce planning and total rewards
- Design and manage compensation programs including pay, bonus programs and long-term incentive structures
- Oversee benefit design and administration ensuring competitiveness, compliance and a great employee experience
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate incentive frameworks that support business and revenue growth
- This person will have multiple direct reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Non-profit industry experience required
- 5+ years of HR experience
- 2+ years of experience in an HR leadership position
- Must be open to contract-to-hire opportunities
- Must be willing to commute downtown Chicago, 2-3 days/week
