Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Central Arkansas for a Human Resources Manager. This role involves leading and overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, talent acquisition, employee onboarding and training, performance management, and employee relations for a 43 location McDonald's franchise organization. The HR Manager will be instrumental in implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and professional growth. The role also includes leading organizational development initiatives and working closely with senior leadership to align business goals with people strategies.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Proficiency in Employee Onboarding, Training, and Development
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Communication
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, Regulatory Compliance, and HR Policies
- Competence in Performance Management and Organizational Development
- Prior McDonald's or multi-unit restaurant industry experience is a strong plus
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is a strong plus
- Proven leadership, problem-solving abilities, and team management experience
