Green Key Resources is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager with strong operational discipline, a passion for people, and the ability to thrive in a sales‑driven, fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee end‑to‑end HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in background checks, employee documentation, and contract changes.
- Guide new hires through orientation and coordinate with leaders on seamless team integration.
HR Operations, Compliance & Policy
- Lead HR operations, ensuring consistent execution of policies, workflows, and documentation.
- Create, implement, and maintain HR policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and proactively update leadership on required changes.
- Manage employee files, HRIS records, PTO logs, benefits documents, and other key HR data.
Employee Relations & Culture Building
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance concerns, and workplace issues.
- Conduct workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations with professionalism and discretion.
- Partner with leadership to strengthen company culture through engagement initiatives, training, and cross‑team collaboration.
Strategic People Leadership
- Support leadership with headcount planning, compensation coordination, and workforce analytics.
- Track KPIs including turnover, retention, productivity, and exit interview insights to support data‑driven HR strategy.
- Recommend and implement process enhancements that improve operational efficiency.
Technology & Systems Orientation
- Maintain a high level of comfort using digital tools and HR platforms.
- BambooHR experience is a major plus for success in this role.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years of HR experience, preferably within a sales‑driven or fast‑paced environment.
- Strong foundation in HR operations, policy creation, compliance management, and accountability practices.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship‑building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills for HR reporting.
Preferred
- Experience working with or administering BambooHR.
- HR certifications (SHRM‑CP / SHRM‑SCP / PHR).
- Experience partnering with or working through a PEO for payroll and benefits.
