We are looking for an experienced HR Director to join our team on a temp to hire basis in Los Angeles, California. This role requires someone with a background in the entertainment or education industries, who can effectively lead human resources operations and drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years of experience to ensure compliance, enhance employee relations, and manage benefits programs.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of human resources administration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and policies.
• Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to foster a positive work environment.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and compliant with industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance on HR-related matters, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.
• Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Support and advise on complex HR issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of benefit functions and programs.T
• Minimum of five years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the entertainment or education sectors.
• Proven expertise in employee relations, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, with the ability to design and manage competitive programs.
• Familiarity with HR compliance standards and legal requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead HR operations and provide strategic guidance to teams.
• Proficiency in analyzing HR data and metrics to inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Experience in managing benefit functions and ensuring program effectiveness.
