The HR team is growing by adding a brand-new Human Resources Director role to strengthen our people strategy as we grow. This is a highly collaborative leadership opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with a strong executive team, developing leaders, and building systems that support a mission-driven healthcare organization.
Salary: $154,000- $185,000 full time annual salary.
*Higher compensation may be available for direct, relatable experience*

Duties
- Provide strategic direction for the HR function and serve as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and people-related risk.
- Oversee recruitment strategy for clinical, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles; support residency programs, student rotations, and workforce pipelines aligned with organizational growth.
- Lead leadership development, training, and succession planning initiatives that build internal talent, strengthen management capability, and support long-term organizational sustainability.
- Guide employee relations, performance management, investigations, and corrective action while ensuring compliance with employment laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Oversee compensation strategy, HRIS optimization, credentialing and provider contracts, workforce data insights, and HR department effectiveness, ensuring scalable and compliant people systems.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- BS/BA in Business Management, Human Resources or related field.
- Ten (10) years progressive human resources management experience with at least two years at a director level.
- Current HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
- Broad HR knowledge in key areas including employee relations, compensation, staffing, benefits, HR policies and best practices.
- Strong, working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Computer proficiency in HR technologies and MS Office.
- Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and DMV printout.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field.
- Healthcare experience
