We’re looking for a seasoned Senior HR Manager / HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and take ownership of high-impact people and talent initiatives for our client. This role partners closely with executive stakeholders and plays a critical role in shaping organizational strategy, leadership effectiveness, and workforce outcomes.

Responsiblities:
- Partner with senior leaders to align business strategy with people priorities, using data and insights to inform decisions and drive outcomes
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development
- Build strong, consultative relationships with leaders across the organization to support high-performing, engaged teams
- Lead and support change initiatives by diagnosing organizational challenges, developing thoughtful solutions, and guiding leaders and teams through transition
- Influence and drive execution through a strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and a bias for action
- Navigate complex, matrixed environments with confidence, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Experience working in global and/or matrixed organizations strongly preferred
- Prior G&A or consulting-based HRBP experience is a plus
- Proven experience as a senior-level HR Business Partner supporting executive leadership
- Deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, and talent strategy execution
- Experience leading through change and delivering measurable results in dynamic environments
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data, trends, and people insights into clear, compelling narratives
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organization
- Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable—comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed; no task is too big or too small
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience creating executive-level, data-driven presentations
