Overview
A growing, high-impact organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its HR team. This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, support strategic initiatives, and deliver people solutions aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-informed HR professional with strong employee relations experience and the ability to influence leaders at multiple levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent strategy, performance management, and organizational design.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
- Leverage HR metrics and people analytics to identify trends, develop insights, and inform decision-making.
- Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.
- Contribute to succession planning, leadership development, and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
- Collaborate with HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HRIS to deliver integrated people solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist capacity.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted partnerships with leaders.
- Experience using HR data and metrics to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting complex or fast-growing organizations.
- Background in corporate, industrial, infrastructure, energy, technology, or professional services environments.
- Exposure to organizational change, transformation, or scaling initiatives.
