We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead the HR function for a dynamic organization operating in a complex, multi-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
- Lead and oversee all HR functions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies across the region.
- Develop and mentor HR leaders and teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Establish and monitor HR metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Multi-site administration (3 locations) | Overall HC of 400
Required Qualifications
- Experience within the AUTOMOTIVE or MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with significant exposure to leadership or director-level roles.
- Proven experience partnering with executive teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong background in organizational development, talent strategy, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Experience working in regional or multinational environments.
- Solid knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality.
