Our LNG client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join their growing HR team.
This is an in-office position.
Summary:
This role partners closely with business leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, support change initiatives, and deliver people strategies aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate is a data-driven HR professional with strong employee relations experience, solid compliance knowledge, and a passion for developing talent and building trusted relationships across all levels of an organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on recruiting, performance management, and workforce planning
- Use people analytics and HR metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and support data-driven decision-making
- Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, and guide managers on complex HR issues while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Support succession planning, talent development, and retention initiatives
- Partner with leadership on change management and employee engagement strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and stay current on HR best practices
- Collaborate with HRIS, Total Rewards, and Recruiting teams to align HR programs with business needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5–7+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience
- Proven ability to use HR data and metrics to influence business decisions
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR policy development
- Excellent relationship-building, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience handling employee relations and performance improvement processes
