Our client, a non-profit organization in Arlington, VA, is urgently seeking a temporary HR Manager to support their team for 2 months, with potential to extend!

About the Job:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure compliant job postings, support resume screenings, and schedule interviews.
* Support performance review cycles and other compensation processes.
* Assist with benefits administration, multi-state compliance, open enrollment, and vendor coordination.
* Parter with the accounting team to support payroll accuracy.
* Handle additional responsibilities as needed to support the HR team.

About You:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is highly preferred.
* 7+ years of progressive HR experience are required.
* Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Jazz HR and an HR certification.
* UKG experience is highly preferred.
* Ability to manage shifting priorities, multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
* Confidential and personable with the ability to connect with others.

About the Position:
* $35/hr-$39/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary for 2 months, starting ASAP!
* Potential for the assignment to extend or become permanent.
* Hours are 9am-5pm.
* Must be DMV located.
