Responsibilities
• Help support manage activities such as performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs. Coordinate with MUFG on the rollout of various learning and development programs. Help plan/create various training, educational, leadership programs and administer/facilitate them via one-on-one, group, class setting, or virtual.
• Systems Maintenance: such as Cornerstone and LEAP systems. Support and participate in various HR initiative and projects for planning, research, and implementation.
• Participate in handling employee relations, performance improvement plans, promotion of employee engagement, issue escalation and resolution, coaching, retention, and recognition.
• Assist in the preparation of various HR reports for committees/management, draft HR communication, and help review, draft, and update policies, procedures, manuals - process for approval and uploads of documents in PM Portal.
• Other Duties: lead/participate/support various Corporate/HR events, perform and contribute to various audits (internal/extern) and other requirements,
• Based on changes in the business work environment, job responsibilities can change, and removed accordingly. Additionally, this position will perform other duties as required, and participate in special projects as deemed necessary and appropriate by Management.
Skills & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in banking industry, functional or relevant experience. Has general knowledge of general HR functions, industry trends, best practices and laws and regulations.
•Intermediate to advance skills in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Teams.
•Proficient with written and verbal English communication, as well as presentation skills.
•Familiarity or experience using HRIS (e.g. Cornerstone, Leap, Intuition, ADP).
•Must be a collaborator and good people skills.
•Flexibility with hybrid schedule depending on work volume, projects, and as business needs require.
The typical base pay range for this role is between $80K - $95K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
