You will be the primary HR point of contact for the Austin office of a fast-growing financial institution that combines modern technology with the discipline of a regulated environment. The company already has strong HR structures in place, and your focus will be the day-to-day operations that keep the local team supported and running smoothly.

What You Will Do
- Manage interview coordination and candidate scheduling
- Partner with Twelve10 on hiring activity for the Austin office
- Serve as the day-to-day HR contact for employees
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain HR documentation and employee records
- Support employee relations and performance processes with senior HR guidance
- Help foster a positive, supportive onsite culture
- Work directly with the COO and executive assistant on operational needs
