The Human Resources Coordinator manages administrative HR processes and ensure smooth execution of HR programs and policies. They serve as a key point of contact for employees and assist with onboarding, benefits administration, compliance tracking and employee engagement initiatives. This role is essential for maintaining organized HR operations and delivering a positive employee experience.

You will
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation scheduling
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy
- Assist with benefits, including enrollment, changes and employee communications
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews and processing background checks
- Prepare HR reports, track compliance requirements and assist with audits
- Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions and company events. Become an active and reliable member of committees
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and programs
- Support the Museum leadership team in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
- Nurture a positive working environment for all employees
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-2 Years Of HR Experience Preferred
