Role Overview

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with MSPs. Your role will focus on expanding Quantum Core Technologies’ presence in the staffing and recruitment marketplace by establishing long-term, high-value relationships that drive revenue and market growth.

Key Responsibilities

Candidates must have demonstrated experience in the insurance or BFSI industry, with a solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance specific to these sectors, ideally supported by prior HR roles within insurance or related financial services.
Candidates should have experience working in large enterprise environments, ideally within global or multinational firms with complex organizational structures.
HR Managers will need to understand and reflect the local market perspective whilst respecting the value of enterprise-wide alignment where appropriate.
The HR Manager will also provide valuable insights to the Centers of Expertise which will inform the development and prioritization of initiatives, programs and project designed for colleagues and/or People Managers. They will provide guidance on local issues, including legislative and regulatory regulations which relate to employment.
The HR Manager will also help to coordinate known and ad hoc projects including mergers and acquisitions, and other critical People Function projects across the Enterprise.

Must Have

Proven expertise in employee relations (investigations, counseling, disciplinary actions, grievances).
Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Strong ability to act as a trusted advisor to managers and business leaders.
Demonstrated project management experience, including leading or supporting HR projects and organizational change initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence, coach, and guide managers effectively.
Experience collaborating with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) and cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and innovation skills to improve HR service delivery.
Adaptability and learning orientation, with the ability to apply best practices across different business lines and geographies.
