Seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Group Benefit Solutions team within the Strategic Business division. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, managers, and employees, delivering comprehensive HR solutions that align with business goals and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
• Serve as a proactive thought partner to senior leadership, aligning workforce strategies with business objectives.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives.
• Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, offering credible insights and constructive challenge when needed.
Data-Driven Decision Making
• Utilize workforce analytics to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and inform talent strategies.
• Collaborate with HR Reporting & Analytics to ensure data is actionable and supports strategic decision-making.
AI & Innovation in HR
• Partner with cross-functional teams to pilot and scale innovative HR solutions.
Core HR Program Execution
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies Lead the delivery of key HR programs including performance management, succession planning, compensation, and talent development.

• Support strategic hiring initiatives and align recruitment efforts with long-term workforce needs.
• Facilitate leadership development and coaching to build a robust talent pipeline.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree required; masters degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including direct support to senior leaders. Preference that the candidate has worked in a large corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data for strategic HR decisions.
• Proven track record in managing employee relations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills set.
• Skilled in navigating complex organizational dynamics and leading through change.
