Main Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across all levels of the organization, ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of top talent to support growth.
- Build and refine HR processes and programs, including onboarding, training, performance management, and recognition, to establish a best-in-class HR function.
- Partner with leaders to create workforce planning strategies that align with business objectives.
- Administer the employee performance management and development process, providing coaching and training for managers to drive effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements, maintaining accurate employee records and mitigating risk.
- Implement workplace safety procedures and execute best practices to manage compliance and employee well-being.
- Facilitate employee relations and terminations as needed, ensuring proper documentation and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 4+ years’ experience in Human Resources, with strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to build HR programs and processes in a growing business
- Expertise in training, coaching, and supporting managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to balance strategic and hands-on responsibilities
