💼 What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders to support performance, development, and employee relations
- Lead talent initiatives: retention, assessments, and change management
- Be a visible, trusted resource for employees across all levels
- Manage recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and compliance
- Champion employee engagement through training, recognition, and communication
- Ensure HR practices align with federal, state, and local regulations
🎯 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience in manufacturing and comfort with a 24/7 workforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- High integrity and discretion with confidential information
