About the Role

What You’ll Do
• Talent Strategy & Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent across functions.
• Culture & Employee Experience: Cultivate an inclusive, engaging work environment that celebrates creativity and empowerment.
• Employee Relations & Development: Mentor leaders, coach teams, manage performance, and develop career pathways.
• Compensation & Compliance: Design competitive packages and ensure legal compliance and best practices.

• Leadership Collaboration: Partner with executives to align people strategy with company goals.
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 5–7 years of HR leadership experience, ideally within retail, beauty, or fast-growing consumer brands.
• Deep experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, coaching, and organizational development.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and ability to translate regulations into practical, scalable policies.
• Success in small-to-mid-size corporate or startup contexts, high autonomy, and high adaptability.

• Superior communication, strategic thinking, and confidence in managing multiple priorities.
