What You Can Expect
The Human Resources Manager will act as the primary business partner to assigned client groups and provide leadership across core HR areas, such as talent acquisition, talent management, and employee relations. The HR Manager will provide full HR generalist support to a mid-to-large size client groups and will serve as an employee advocate for team members and the company. The HRM is responsible for advising client groups on a broad range of issues including HR policies and processes, identifying HR solutions related to short-term and long-term business plans and objectives, and developing and implementing initiatives to address those issues. The HR Manager will be expected to be onsite at our Jacksonville, FL location regularly.
How You'll Create Impact
- Leads core HR processes for assigned organizational units, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Onboarding/Offboarding, Performance Management, Compensation Planning, Career & Leadership Development, and Succession Planning.
- Serves as expert on all HR processes and systems for internal client groups.
- Responsible for increasing the organization’s capability to attract, retain, and effectively utilize its human capital.
- Be accountable for strategic alignment, management of process results, continuous process improvements and migration of process best practices across the company.
- Engage in effective conflict resolution with respect to employee relations and performance management issues.
- Identify short- and long-term HR issues related to the organization’s objectives and develop and implement initiatives to address those issues.
- Conduct investigations as assigned
- Utilizes data to influence and affect business change

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in human resources management, labor relations, business administration or related field plus a minimum of 6+ years of experience in a professional human resources position OR
- 10+ years of experience in a professional human resources position
- Demonstrated technical and functional HR expertise.
- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office Suite including experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience working in a medical device or highly regulated industry a plus
Travel Expectations
- Up to 10%
- Hybrid - The HR Manager will be expected to be onsite at our Jacksonville, FL location regularly.

Expected Compensation Range: $113,407 to $125k plus bonus
