HR Manager
Our client in Suwanee, GA has an immediate opening for an HR Manager. This role partners with local and group leadership to drive HR initiatives, support employee relations, manage recruitment, and oversee benefits and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR contact, advising managers and employees on policies, engagement, retention, and employee relations.
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend solutions.
- Oversee payroll, timekeeping, employee records, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
- Lead talent acquisition including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and succession planning.
- Support employee recognition, training, wellness initiatives, and company events.
- Partner with leadership on compensation planning, performance management, and HR reporting.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of HR generalist experience across employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and payroll.
- SHRM-CP/PHR certification required.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and multi-state HR practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks, and build strong relationships.
- Occasional domestic and international travel required.
