We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to support our team with project coordination and administrative tasks. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing project workflows, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and fostering effective communication among stakeholders. This position is based in Boca Raton, Florida.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure objectives are met.
• Oversee the maintenance and organization of project documentation, including reports and records.
• Monitor progress and update stakeholders regularly on the status of ongoing projects.
• Facilitate communication between team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and established quality standards throughout all phases of the projects.
• Provide administrative support related to HR processes and project coordination.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to create, manage, and analyze spreadsheets essential to project workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and drive project success.
• Identify and address any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
• Support the selection and management of project components to align with business objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced spreadsheet management and analysis.
• Solid understanding of Human Resources processes and administration.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in task tracking and milestone coordination.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with quality standards and compliance procedures.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role involving supplier coordination and documentation management.
