POSITION SUMMARY
As the Recruiter you are responsible for all facets of recruiting and internal opportunities. You will find us the best candidates to join our amazing teams and incredible company. You will partner with hiring managers and various stakeholders to understand the vision of the ideal candidate. As a member of the People Team, you will be an ambassador of our culture and help build on the Team Member experience from the start. Additional duties will be the development of local and national recruiting plans, traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas, supportive branding, and assist with strategic workforce planning.
OTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-cycle Recruitment:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified manufacturing candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure a strong match with job requirements and cultural/values fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and facilitate the offer and negotiation process.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Leadership to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive recruitment plans, including creative sourcing channels, networking events, and partnerships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
Employer Branding:
- Promote our organization's employer brand to attract top manufacturing talent.
- Support development of compelling job descriptions, advertisements, and social media campaigns to enhance our recruitment efforts.
- Engage and build relationships with external organizations, universities, and industry associations to expand our talent network.
- Candidate Experience and Relationship Building:
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Nurture relationships with candidates, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up.
- Build and maintain a strong network of manufacturing professionals to support future talent needs.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and optimize processes.
- Generate regular reports and provide insights to stakeholders on recruitment trends, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in the manufacturing industry.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing roles and functions, along with an understanding of industry-specific sourcing channels.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting manufacturing talent using various recruitment methods and platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Possesses strong persuasive negotiation skills
