Summary – Human Resources Director / Director of Talent
Growing organization seeks a dynamic & strategic Human Resources Manager / Director of Talent to oversee talent acquisition, employee management (development and performance management), and retention.
This role is pivotal in fostering a workplace culture that attracts top-tier talent, supports professional growth, and ensures high levels of employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Human Resources leadership, with expertise in strategic talent management, compensation planning, and organizational development. This role will directly support Firm’s mission of remaining competitive and aligned with its organizational goals.
Responsibilities – Human Resources Director / Director of Talent
- Develop & implement comprehensive strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention to align with organizational objectives
- Partner with leadership to create initiatives that support professional growth and foster employee satisfaction
- Develop & maintain competitive compensation plans to attract and retain top talent
- Provide strategic support for compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal equity
- Collaborate with leadership on performance management and employee development initiatives
- Establish & refine systems to evaluate employee performance and provide actionable feedback
- Evaluate & optimize HR systems to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience
- Manage & oversee HR programs, including onboarding, training, and succession planning
- Design & implement strategies to maintain high employee satisfaction and engagement
Qualifications – Director of Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field REQUIRED (MBA or HR certification preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in talent management, HR leadership, or a related role REQUIRED
- Private Equity and/or Big 4 experience highly preferred
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
- Expertise in compensation planning, performance management, and HR systems
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated success in recruiting senior-level professionals and aligning HR initiatives with business goals
- Experience in creating and managing employee development and engagement programs
