Our client, an A rated carrier is looking for a Senior HR Manager. This person will lead the comprehensive total reward programs to attract, retain and motivate top talent.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leaders to design compensation and benefit strategies that meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, senior leaders and external partners to continuously align total reward strategies with organizational goals.
- Oversee the development, execution and delivery of HR strategies and services, demonstrating a flexible, engaging leadership style.
- Stay up to date and ensure full compliance with compensation and benefit laws and regulations.
- Recruit, retain and coach division staff.
- Develop and implement division goals, policies, procedures and budgets.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- At least 7 years of related work experience or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. :
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional
- Certified Compensation Professional
- Certified Benefits Professional
- Workday experience
- Experience with self-funded insurance plans
