About the Role:
The Manager of Human Resources/Recruiting (reporting to the CEO/President) will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while acting as a brand ambassador.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, including in-store staff and corporate positions in merchandising, marketing, operations, and more.
- Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with candidates to showcase our company culture and brand story, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates, leveraging a variety of channels including industry-specific job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their unique needs, define job requirements, and create compelling job descriptions that attract top-tier talent.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, industry passion, and ability to provide an elevated client experience; track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring processes.
Qualifications:
- +3-5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager / recruiter, with a proven track record of success in the retail and/or luxury sectors.
- Deep understanding of the retail landscape, including the differences in skill sets required for high-volume, customer-centric retail versus the relationship-building and brand storytelling of luxury.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
