As Antalpha continues to expand globally, we are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, driving talent strategy and organizational effectiveness to support our mission.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
- Partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, acting as a thought partner on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Provide insights on talent trends, culture, and organizational effectiveness to influence decision-making at leadership levels.
Talent Management & Development
- Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Partner with managers to identify skills gaps and implement targeted learning and development programs.
- Support career growth and mobility initiatives across global teams.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for business leaders and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring a consistent and engaging employee experience.
- Champion Antalpha’s values and risk-first culture by fostering openness, trust, and collaboration.
- Conduct regular feedback loops to surface employee sentiment and proactively address issues.
HR Operations & Policy
- Partner with Centers of Excellence (C&B, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations) to deliver end-to-end HR solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
- Drive initiatives on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within assigned business units.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role within fintech, financial services, or technology.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization.
