Position Overview
The Senior Manager, HR Business Products is responsible for driving the complete lifecycle of HR product initiatives—from conceptualization to system implementation and ongoing enhancements. This role also provides business and process support to senior leadership, ensuring alignment between HR technology and organizational objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strategic and organized leader with at least 10 years of progressive HR, systems, and data experience, including people leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and proven data accuracy.
- Expertise in data mapping, data conversion, and providing actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Demonstrated project management experience using AGILE, PMP, or Scrum methodologies (or equivalent).
- Proven track record in product management supporting HR processes, systems, and workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple, detailed project plans simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Skilled in customer-facing activities including requirements gathering, data preparation, cutover support, timeline management, and documentation.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experienced in coaching and advising stakeholders, as well as facilitating workshops with executives, business representatives, and external vendors.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity with confidence and credibility.
- Works independently with minimal supervision; demonstrates sound judgment, learning agility, and effective decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with modern HR technology platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Salesforce, etc.).
