- Highly strategic, proactive, and organized.?10+ years of progressive HR, systems and data experience with people leadership and strong interpersonal skills?
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights including proven experience with data mapping and data conversion processes.
- Demonstrated experience as a project manager using AGILE, PMP, or Scrum methodologies (or equivalent)
- Proven track record of product management supporting HR process areas, systems, and workflows
- Ability to define and execute multiple detailed activity plans simultaneously
