Position Title: HR Lead
Purpose of the Role:
The HR Lead will serve as the on-site Human Resources expert, overseeing the full scope of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation. This hands-on role supports all employees by ensuring consistent HR practices, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations across the organization.
- Optimize HR processes to ensure accuracy in payroll, benefits, and record-keeping.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations and workplace issues.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Create and uphold HR policies, procedures, and reporting systems.
