Our client is a prestigious, internationally recognized company and a leading authority in the global classical music industry. With offices in Europe and the United States, they serve a dedicated community of world-renowned artists, collectors, and institutions.
They're looking for an experienced Part-Time HR Generalist (20-25 hours/week) to be the friendly, organized in-house face of HR for the company. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, building relationships, and keeping a team running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all employee HR inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and processes.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment administration, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and issuing offer letters.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and manage offboarding paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and confidential digital and physical employee records.
- Liaise with payroll and benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Support a positive workplace culture by helping to organize team-building events and internal communications.
- Assist in updating company policies, handbooks, and ensuring compliance with international regulations (US, UK, DE).
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR or People Operations role.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
- Basic understanding of US HR practices; familiarity with or interest in international HR is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
