Role Description
This is a full-time HRBP role located in New York, NY. The HRBP will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, Talent Acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.
Qualifications
- HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) knowledge;
- Experience in Talent Acquisition;
- Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law
- Performance Management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
